The service was excellent with parking outside. The staff were pleasant and welcoming and had a sense of humour.

The bathroom size felt cramped, but the hotel offered a clean room and comfortable bed. Convenient bus access to the city center was a plus.

Overall had good stay in January 2015 when over in Brussels for a business trip. The room was brand-new and a decent size with a very comfy double bed, just what we needed. We enjoyed wake-up service available.

Absolutely cramped rooms!!! The wet room design in the bathroom floods the floor, and the absence of air conditioning makes staying uncomfortable during warmer months!!! Consider improving bathroom privacy with less transparent doors!!!

The room was clean with a really comfortable bed, made sleep easy. The bathroom was modern but super tiny, and the wet room-style shower flooded the entire space, annoying. I liked that the Wi-Fi was strong and the hotel had a cool, colorful decor. For the price, it seemed like a decent deal, especially being close to bus routes for city access.

The room was clean and the staff were super polite. Breakfast was decent but keep an eye on the temperature of the dairy items, especially the milk. Bus station was conveniently close.
